Your Role
-
Providing expert guidance on Operational Risk matters to relevant stakeholders.
-
Drive operational risk initiatives in cooperation with other areas.

Support in the development of staff in ORM.
-
Provide 2nd line monitoring, review, and independent challenge of the AI Risk Management framework.

Management of the corporate insurances including coverage evaluations, policy renewals, risk transfer strategies, and claims processing.

Conducting regular Risk and Control Self Assessment and other Risk Assessments.

Support in enhancing the ORM framework.
-
Operational fulfillment of risk management and controlling processes (identification, assessment control, monitoring,and communication) related to Operational Risk Management.

Development and Maintenance System of Key Risk Indicators and Risk Early Detection Procedures Financial and Non-Financial Risk.
-
Preparation of risk reports and presentation to stakeholders.
-
Report on Operational Risk Management and related initiatives to the organization’s management, its implemented Committees when requested.

Coordinate and participate in internal/external meetings with Auditors, regulators and other third party stakeholders if requested.

Full compliance with Operational Risk Management processes.

Contribute to Audit requests and remediations InternalSeite 2/3.

Perform review of new processes of our process inventory.

Support business areas in the ongoing implementation of the measures.

Enhance of the Operational Risk Management framework,governance, and procedures.

Governance and execution of loss events procedures,KRIs, Risk Grid, MOPS, MAAP.

7 years of relevant work experience in Risk Management.
-
Business, process, or technology related knowledge.
-
Good understanding software for risk management.

Good knowledge of banking law and regulatory standards.

Good understanding of Solaris ’structure and business model.
-
Fluent English language skills, and preferably German language skills at minimum B2.Â
-
Conflict ability (willingness and ability to defend one's own position against resistance).

Negotiation skills, integrity, team oriented, solution oriented.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and ability to grasp the big picture.

Strong communications & presentation skills.

Stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work accurately and independently.

Relationship builder and ability to articulate/sell ideas

Comfortable working with AI tools, thinking critically about AI outputs, and contributing to a culture of responsible AI use. We expect you to demonstrate comfort with AI-assisted workflows and a willingness to continuously develop their AI capabilities as the technology evolves.
