Role Description The Recruitment Consultant role at Elevate Capital: Real Estate is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Recruitment Consultant will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes for various roles within the organization. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and designing effective recruitment strategies. The Recruitment Consultant will also maintain candidate pipelines, manage communication with applicants, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Regular reporting on recruitment metrics and continuous improvement of recruitment practices are also part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills, with experience managing full recruitment cycles.
• Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including the ability to advise hiring managers and stakeholders on talent needs and market trends.
• Candidates should possess Interviewing skills, with the ability to assess candidate suitability and potential effectively.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally within real estate or a related industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vacancies and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
