About Unicorn Cards

Unicorn Cards is a specialist retail store focused on Trading Card Games (TCGs), anime, collectibles and everything that comes with the hobby.

We’re looking for a Sales Associate who genuinely lives and breathes TCGs, anime and collectibles. This is more than a standard retail role, we want someone who understands the community, knows their cards and can share that passion with customers.

The Role

You’ll be based in our Dubai Silicon Oasis store, helping customers find products, providing knowledgeable advice and creating an engaging experience for both experienced collectors and newcomers to the hobby.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service.
• Assist customers with TCGs, trading cards, anime merchandise and collectibles.
• Stay up to date with new releases, products, trends and the wider collecting community.
• Support sales and work towards individual and store targets.
• Maintain excellent product presentation and store standards.
• Assist with stock management, receiving deliveries and merchandising.
• Help build strong relationships with customers and the local TCG community.
• Support events, promotions and in-store activities.
• Handle transactions accurately and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• Genuine passion for TCGs, anime and collectibles.
• Strong knowledge of at least one major TCG or collectible category.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
• Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and commercially minded.
• Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a small team.
• Someone who enjoys being part of the hobby and community rather than simply working in retail.
