Factory Helper

Key Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators and production workers with daily tasks.
• Load, unload, move, and arrange raw materials and finished products.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for storage or shipment.
• Sort and inspect materials or products for defects or damage.
• Keep the production area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Supply workers with the materials and tools required for production.
• Assist with basic machine and equipment cleaning and maintenance.
• Dispose of waste and unwanted materials safely.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and production staff.
• Meet daily production and quality requirements.
• Perform other general factory duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic ability to read and understand work instructions.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Ability to lift and move materials when required.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to work

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
