Title: Sitecore Solution Architect

Location: On-site – Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Sitecore Solution Architect to design and oversee the delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, working across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals
• Define architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and platforms
• Oversee implementation to ensure alignment with the defined architecture
• Remain hands-on — design, review, validate, and troubleshoot implementations as an individual contributor, not purely in a delivery/management capacity

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software architecture or solution design, mainly Sitecore
• Sitecore experience is a must
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with strong hands-on Azure architecture experience required (Landing Zones, VNets/networking, subscriptions, Azure Policy, RBAC/Entra ID, governance)
• Recent hands-on ownership of Sitecore solution/architecture design (not purely application support or delivery management) is strongly preferred
• Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise solutions
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English required; Arabic speaker is mandatory
