Site Engineer II

Your role

• Assist with the safe operation and maintenance of electrical systems in data centers.
• Support the authorization and oversight of electrical works, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Administer safe systems of work and support audits for electrical safety compliance.
• Assist in training and assessing staff and suppliers, learning to interpret safety rules.
• Participate in oversight activities, including competence vetting for safety permitting.
• Maintain documentation and records related to safety compliance and electrical systems.
• Develop expertise in electrical safety and compliance through training and guidance. Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the data center operations

What you’ll need

• 0-2 years of experience in electrical engineering or data center operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably with an electrical focus.
• Action-oriented approach with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to company values and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, critical environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
