ELV MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Position: ELV Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of UAE ELV maintenance experience
UAE Driving License: Preferred / Required

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate ELV preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead and manage ELV technicians and maintenance teams at project sites.
• Monitor daily maintenance activities and ensure all works are completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and support maintenance of:
• CCTV Systems
• Access Control Systems
• Structured Cabling
• Intercom Systems
• Gate Barriers & Bollards
• SMATV/IPTV
• Public Address / PAVA Systems
• Other ELV and security systems.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review maintenance requests, assign technicians, and follow up on service completion.
• Ensure proper implementation of PPM (Preventive Planned Maintenance) schedules.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of faults.
• Review technical issues and provide appropriate troubleshooting solutions.
• Ensure maintenance records, checklists, service reports, and other documentation are properly completed.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance activities.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure ELV systems are operating properly.
• Assist engineers and project teams during testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with project specifications, HSE requirements, and UAE authority regulations.
• Train and guide technicians on proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in ELV/security system maintenance.
• Diploma/ITI or technical qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, Gate Barriers, and other ELV systems.
• Good knowledge of IP networking, switches, PoE, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, or similar ELV systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience supervising ELV technicians and maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of PPM and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of SIRA, ADMCC, and other UAE authority requirements is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand ELV drawings, schematics, layouts, and system documentation.
• Valid UAE Driving License is preferred/required.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE with immediate or short-notice availability are preferred.
