JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage communication technology projects, including cross-functional stakeholder coordination

Monitor and evaluate trends and technological developments in Corporate Communications and assess their relevance for different target groups

Define, track and optimize performance metrics and analytics to drive the continuous improvement of digital communication channels

Own, develop and govern TRATON’s UX/UI toolkit in close alignment with Brand Management and IT

Identify, design and implement AI-powered functionalities and solutions to enhance communication processes and user experiences

YOUR SKILLS

At least 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications or a comparable role within an international organization

Strong expertise in communication technologies, digital platforms, IT tools and Content Management Systems, with the ability to translate communication requirements into effective digital solutions

Proven experience in project management, cross-functional stakeholder management and budget steering

Collaborative, proactive and adaptable mindset, with a strong focus on continuous improvement in a dynamic and transforming environment

Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
