Job description
Looking for hands-on experience in Quality Management within an innovative MedTech environment? Join our Quality Management System team and contribute to maintaining and continuously improving our global quality system that supports cutting-edge healthcare technologies. This role offers valuable insights into regulatory requirements, cross-functional collaboration, and quality processes in an international company.
What you will do:

Support the identification and monitoring of international and industry standards relevant to Brainlab products

Assist in managing quality documents, such as reviewing and releasing them

Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs and other teams on quality topics

Contribute to quality system improvement projects and trainings

Support the preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external quality audits
-
Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, quality management, (biomedical) engineering, or similar (other fields also welcome) for at least 2 more semesters

Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about quality management and regulatory requirements in the medical technology industry

Strong attention to detail with an organized, structured, and analytical approach to work

Comfortable working with digital tools and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)

Excellent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
