Job description

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional to join our Geneva Corporate Office. This role is the operational backbone of regional digital performance. As Regional Manager, E-commerce & Digital Strategy, you execute the regional digital strategy set by the global team based on your recommendations and provide hands-on support, training, and day-to-day guidance to on-property teams. You are the go-to expert for hotels navigating paid media, web performance, and digital best

practices, translating strategic direction into practical action, and ensuring properties have the tools,

knowledge, and support to hit their performance goals. Department Digital Strategy & Web Employment Type Permanent - Full Time Location Switzerland - Geneva Workplace type Onsite Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Digital Strategy: Collaborate with global teams and Senior Director, Global E -commerce on defining the regional strategy for Europe; Implement the regional digital strategy and priorities set at the beginning of the year, translating high-level direction into concrete action plans for on-property teams.

  • Digital Performance Monitoring: Conduct monthly tracking, performance reviews, and annual budget reviews for the region; Set hotel goals for the year in line with regional and global KPIs;Prepare reports and highlight areas needing attention or escalation; Drive hotels to define action plans in case of performance shortfalls.

  • Owned Channels Performance (Kempinski.com & Mobile App): Lead digital initiatives to drive performance on the brand online platforms through:

  • Traffic acquisition – Setting paid media campaigns, source market prioritization, agile demand capture, use cases, SEO/GEO focus

  • Web share protection – Overseeing rate parity strategy in collaboration with RM, engaging

both hotel and corporate leadership

  • Conversion – Aligning digital campaigns with commercial go-to-market strategy, directing

hotel content audits, guiding brand landing page improvements to ensure regional

relevance and localization

  • Loyalty – Amplifying GHA campaigns, ensuring commercial leverage of the loyalty program

  • Accountability – Setting and following up on goals on several relevant digital KPIs and

running targeted audits of selected properties.

  • Day-to-Day Hotel Support: Serve as the first point of contact for on-property teams digital questions, troubleshooting issues and providing tactical guidance on web, app, and campaign

execution; Animate the regional digital community through weekly and monthly calls, setting clear

performance goals for on-property teams and fostering a culture of shared accountability and

continuous improvement.

  • Paid Media & Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of regional paid media campaigns

and initiatives, coordinating timelines and assets with hotels and agencies; Provide strategic recommendations on hotel level media campaigns to maximize qualified traffic, ROI, and direct

revenue across all 20+ properties; Monitor region performance of paid media investment in

partnership with paid media agency and Global Paid Media Manager.

  • Training & Onboarding Delivery: Deliver hands-on training sessions and onboarding support for

hotel-level digital teams, ensuring consistent adoption of tools, platforms, and best practices; Lead the hiring and onboarding of new E-commerce Managers.

  • Web Content Governance & Approvals: Review and approve website content for hotels based

on global brand guidelines and digital best practices on a weekly basis; Provide feedback on

content that does not meet expectations; Audit and monitor hotel websites across the region to

offer action points enhancing UX and conversion.

  • Cross-Functional Regional Partnership: Work closely with Regional Revenue Management and

Commercial teams to ensure digital strategy is fully integrated into broader regional commercial

planning and demand strategies; Lead hotel business reviews with other regional leaders; Conduct ad hoc cross-functional calls, hotel visits and events where applicable.

  • Global Initiatives: Follow up on implementation of global initiatives in hotels in the region; Share

regional insights and hotel feedback with global corporate teams to ensure geographical and

property-level relevance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally within hospitality or travel industry.
  • Prior experience in a global, regional or cluster role mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge of paid media execution and performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience training and supporting teams: comfortable delivering repeatable,

practical guidance and animating a community.

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to read performance data and flag issues and identify

actionable opportunities.

  • Solid communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with on-property teams

and other disciplines.

  • Working knowledge of OTAs is a plus. Understanding of revenue management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a strong plus. Why Join Kempinski
