We create unique, ambitious, and highly complex concepts for clubs, exhibitions, events, shows, and much more.
The WHITEvoid team consists of specialists in art, architecture, design, mechanics, electronics, and software. Technology, innovation, and a spirit of experimentation drive us. We dare to think on a large scale and continuously push the boundaries of what is creatively and technically possible.
Our in-house brand KINETIC LIGHTS is a leading specialist in kinetic lighting. For more than fifteen years, our installations and products have received international recognition and awards for innovation and design.
YOUR TASKS:

- Planning and oversight of trussing systems, moving lights, LED lights, LED screens, lasers, automation and sound systems
- Ensuring smooth integration of control systems and protocols (e.g. DMX, Art-Net, Dante)
- Leading, managing, and developing technical teams, including resource planning, mentoring, and performance oversight

- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and risk management requirements
- Responsibility for resource planning, logistics, and technical budgets

YOU BRING:

- 5+ years of experience in technical planning, production, and project management within live events, exhibitions, or installations
- Strong technical expertise in lighting systems, AV systems, networking infrastructure, and power distribution
- Advanced knowledge of lighting control protocols (DMX, Art-Net), media systems, moving lights, LED technology, and integration workflows
- Proven experience in creating high-quality technical drawings and documentation (CAD, ideally Vectorworks)
- Solid understanding of electrical planning, load calculations, and safe implementation of technical systems
- Broad, cross-disciplinary technical knowledge (rigging, sound, projection, automation)
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, structure, and motivate teams
