Job description

Position: Sales Associate

Location:Berlin

Contract type: Full-time, fixed contract (Outsourced position)

At Anker Innovations, we build technology that makes life simpler, safer, and smarter for our customers — from charging and energy solutions to Soundcore audio and eufy smart home products. In our new boutique store in Berlin, we're creating a shopping experience that seamlessly connects the digital and physical worlds: Online-to-Offline (O2O) is at the heart of every customer interaction.

As a Sales Associate, you are the first point of contact for our customers in store. You combine personal advice with the digital tools of our ecosystem — whether that means helping a customer pick up an online order, bringing our latest products to life through hands-on demos, or advising on our connected services. You're curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in finding the right solution for each customer's everyday life.

This role is offered exclusively as a full-time, permanent position.

Description:

  • Welcome and advise customers in store, ensuring a seamless experience across our online shop, app, and physical store.
  • Support Click & Collect, online returns, and digital self-service options directly in store.
  • Build deep product knowledge across our portfolio — Anker Charging, Soundcore Audio, eufy Smart Home, and Anker SOLIX — and give customers tailored, individual recommendations.
  • Present new products and innovations in an engaging way, including through live demos and in-store events.
  • Support the wider team across all areas of the store, from the sales floor to the stockroom, as needed.
  • Record and maintain customer data carefully and in line with our data protection guidelines.
  • Contribute to an open, respectful, and inclusive team culture, and be willing to learn from and support colleagues.

Key Qualifications:

  • Reliable availability for flexible, business-driven store hours, including weekends.
  • Fluent German, spoken and written; good English skills are a plus.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role with direct customer contact.

Preferred Qualifications

What you should bring:

  • Enthusiasm for consumer technology and a solid technical understanding
  • Confidence with digital tools, apps, and omnichannel processes
  • Ability to support multiple customers at once in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recommending tailored solutions
  • Team spirit and self-initiative
  • Care and discretion when handling sensitive customer and company data.
