Business Head – Forex/CFD Brokerage

Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's overall business activities, operations and growth.
• Represent the company on a global stage with clients, partners, IBs, institutional investors and industry stakeholders.
• Act as a senior representative of the company at international meetings, conferences, events and business engagements .
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with global partners, liquidity providers, institutional clients and IB networks .
• Understand and coordinate key business functions including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Trading, Liquidity and Client Support .
• Identify new markets and business opportunities and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Work closely with senior management on business strategy, performance and expansion.
• Ensure the company is professionally represented and positioned in the international Forex/CFD market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage or financial services .
• Strong understanding of end-to-end brokerage operations and business development .
• Proven ability to represent a company with international clients and business partners .
• Strong industry network and understanding of the global Forex/CFD market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Strong leadership and commercial mindset.
• Professional, confident and capable of representing the company independently on a global stage.
