Sales Executive

Bidaya Consultants is hiring motivated and customer-focused Immigration Consultants to join our team in Dubai.

In this role, you will speak with clients who are interested in overseas job opportunities and visa services, understand their requirements, explain suitable options, and guide them through the consultation and application process. You will communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in consultations while maintaining professional and friendly customer relationships.

The position is suitable for candidates who enjoy sales, customer interaction, and working in a target-oriented environment. Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, immigration consultancy, or a similar field is preferred, and UAE work experience will be an advantage. Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.

Good communication skills in Malayalam and English are required. Knowledge of Hindi or Punjabi will be an added advantage. Candidates should be confident when speaking with customers, have good interpersonal skills, and be comfortable using basic computer applications such as email, Excel, and CRM systems.

The salary offered is AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives. Training and ongoing support will be provided, with opportunities for professional growth within the company.
