We are seeking a skilled Senior Security Technology Specialist -Emirati to join a leading organization in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of CCTV surveillance systems, electronic equipment, access control systems, and related security technologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical operations, maintenance management, project execution, planning, and reporting , with hands-on experience in CCTV systems, Scanning machines, and security technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee technical maintenance activities for CCTV systems, X-ray machines, and associated security equipment.

Manage technical projects from planning through implementation and completion.

Prepare and monitor maintenance plans, performance reports, and technical documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.

Monitor operational KPIs and recommend service improvement initiatives.

Support technology upgrades, system enhancements, and infrastructure development projects. Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards.

Conduct technical evaluations, risk assessments, and project feasibility studies.

Requirements

Emirati Only

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV and electronic equipment maintenance

Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and technical troubleshooting

Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
