Toddlers Female Early Years Teacher

Job description:

Westfield Nursery, a purpose built EYFS nursery near City Walk, Dubai, is seeking a nurturing and experienced Toddler Room Teacher to join our team. You'll be responsible for the care, development, and daily learning experiences of children aged 2–3 years, working within the EYFS framework and in line with KHDA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver age appropriate, play based learning activities aligned with EYFS
• Support children's emotional, physical, and social development during a key developmental stage
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment
• Build strong, warm relationships with children and communicate regularly with parents
• Complete observations, learning journals, and developmental tracking
• Following and being aware of all safeguarding, health, and hygiene protocols (nappy changing, feeding, rest routines)

Requirements:

• Recognized Early Years qualification (CACHE 3, NVQ, EYFS-related, or equivalent Level 3+ )
• Understanding of child development milestones for this age group
• Patient, warm, and reliable with excellent communication skills
• Valid police clearance certificate / willingness to obtain one
