TA Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with good knowledge of the UAE recruitment market to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to selection, offer and onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals and recruitment networks.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely candidate communication.
• Negotiate salary and employment terms within approved budgets.
• Build and maintain an active candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring-status reports.
• Conduct market research on salary trends and candidate availability.
• Ensure vacancies are closed within agreed timelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Good understanding of the UAE recruitment market and hiring practices.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn and job portals for candidate sourcing.
• Experience handling multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong screening, interviewing, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE recruitment agency experience would be an advantage.
• Experience recruiting across Sales, Finance, Administration, Logistics, E-commerce and Technical roles is preferred.
