We are constantly striving to improve the working environment and personal development opportunities for our more than 800 staff and teachers, who are among the most recognized experts in their respective fields. Since its foundation in 1893, EHL has been widely recognized by the industry and consistently ranked among the world's top hospitality management schools. Everything we do is based on our values of excellence, family and learning, and we are committed to bringing them to life in tangible ways for our employees.

The Corporate Communications department strengthens EHL’s brand and reputation by delivering clear, consistent messaging across all channels. It manages internal and external communications, including media relations and digital content. The team supports strategic positioning by aligning communication with EHL’s values and ambitions.

To join our amazing team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.

The mission of the Video Content Producer is to create high-quality, thought leadership video content that strengthens EHL’s brand and premium positioning. He contributes to shaping concepts, storylines, and narratives, translating faculty expertise into clear, engaging, audience-first formats. Working transversally across teams and with subject matter experts, the role ensures relevance, consistency, and impact. The Video Content Producer owns projects end-to-end, from concept development to final delivery and upholds high production and editorial standards aligned with EHL’s expectations for premium content.

What will you do?

  • Develop strong concepts, editorial angles, and narratives in collaboration with the editorial team, shaping high-quality video storytelling.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, faculty, and subject matter experts to translate expertise into engaging, audience-first video content.
  • Design and structure premium video series (formats, episodes, narrative arcs) for Hospitality Insights.
  • Lead pre-production activities, including scripting, storyboarding, and aligning content with business and audience needs.
  • Ensure content accuracy and accessibility, balancing academic rigor with clarity, pacing, and engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end video production, including filming, lighting, sound, and technical setup.
  • Direct and coach contributors on set (or remotely), ensuring confident and natural on-camera delivery.
  • Oversee editing and post-production, delivering visually compelling outputs with strong storytelling, using professional tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Apply high-quality finishing (color grading, audio enhancement, branded elements) and produce derivatives (trailers, teasers, short formats).
  • Maintain production standards, manage video assets, and continuously improve processes by leveraging industry trends, tools, and innovations.

Who you are?

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in film, media production, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • You have proven experience in end-to-end video content creation, production, and editing and in coaching speakers or contributors (off-camera role), with the ability to support and guide on-camera presence when needed.
  • You have strong technical expertise in video production and post-production, and are confident operating equipment and editing workflows.
  • You have excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with faculty, subject matter experts, and stakeholders across EHL.
  • You are able to think editorially, shaping storylines, structuring episodes, and translating complex ideas into clear audience value.
  • You have a high attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality output.
  • You have hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, and ideally other audiovisual and graphic design tools.
  • You are comfortable working in an international environment.
  • You are fluent in English (C1); French or German is a plus.
