The Role:
We are seeking a RF/Antenna Engineer to reinforce our client's Lausanne R&D team with the latest RF testing proficiencies. As an important team member, you will join an interdisciplinary R&D team of hard-working and passionate individuals developing groundbreaking satellite communications antenna technologies.
Responsibilities:
- You closely collaborate from highly qualified innovative RF/Antenna Design Engineers to define simulate and test and characterize RF sub-systems and antennas. When something does not get as expected, you enjoy investigating to identify the Root Cause.
- Accurately documenting and communicating your work is important for you.
- You work with early-stage demonstrators, as well as new industrialized designs ready for mass production. These topnotch sub-systems allow our team to deliver the best performing Phased Array Antenna systems, as defined in our long-term airborne and land-mobile product roadmap.

What We’re Looking For:
We seek a meticulous, open-minded and well-organized person, motivated to perform multiple tasks in a wide-ranging environment. You enjoy taking ownership of the agreed work and completing it autonomously. When needed, you easily ask for support from our multi-disciplinary engineering team, and collaborate with external partners and laboratories. Great teammate, problem solver and hands-on engineer, you never hesitate to take the extra step for the team to succeed!
· BS of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field with 5+ years of hands on experience
· History of working in RF & Microwave or antenna development and research.
· Experience in RF & Microwave theories; validated experiences in designing and testing activities a plus
· Experience in the RF design of Ka, Ku, X, C, and S-band RF-structures and building blocks (phased arrays)
· Knowledge of EDA design tools such as CST, ADS, HFSS, Ticra, Matlab
· Experience and adaptation in exchanges / workflows with other software/disciplines (Altium).
- Fluency in English and French
