Site Supervisor

Role Overview

Lead and supervise projects, steel fabrication as per site measurement ensuring strict adherence to quality, safety, and program schedules while managing multidisciplinary teams(site). We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for fabrication, installation, and finishing activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless workflow.
• Conduct daily inspections and enforce HSE and quality standards.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Maintain detailed site documentation including logs, progress photos, checklists, and permits.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and MEP teams.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and resolve technical or logistical challenges on-site.
• Mentor site staff to maintain discipline, productivity, and site cleanliness.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s in Civil, Mechanical, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of UAE experience in supervising steel fabrication, installation and civil projects.
• Extensive knowledge of steel fabrication and site workflows.
• Proficient in reading structural and shop drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
• Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

• Are you familiar with UAE construction safety regulations, quality control procedures, and the proper protocol for handling on-site accidents or safety violations?
