We are seeking a visionary, highly accomplished General Manager to lead a premier upscale hotel property in the heart of Dubai, UAE. This isn't just a role about managing operations; it is about steering a high-performing property through one of the most competitive, dynamic, and rewarding luxury markets in the world.

The Mission

As General Manager, you will hold the keys to the property’s commercial success, brand reputation, and guest loyalty. You will inspire a diverse, multicultural team to deliver flawless service while executing sharp asset-management and commercial strategies that maximize GOP and market share.

What You Balance Masterfully:

• Driving robust RevPAR growth, navigating complex distribution channels, and optimizing profitability without compromising the guest experience.
• Maintaining an obsessive focus on guest satisfaction, local reputation, and elevated service touchpoints.
• Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, delivering transparent reporting, and protecting asset value.
• Mentoring and developing a world-class team of department heads, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Hotel GM or a high-performing Resident Manager/EAM ready to step up, with a deep understanding of the UAE/GCC luxury or upscale hospitality market.
• A demonstrated history of driving strong financial results, successful property positioning, and high guest satisfaction scores.
• Exceptional executive presence, sharp presentation, and the emotional intelligence required to lead an international workforce and engage with VIP stakeholders.
