ATC Training FZ-LLC is looking for an experienced, well-connected freelance Business Development

Associate to help grow our presence across the UAE.

We provide UK Ofqual-regulated qualifications and professional training in areas including:

• Education & Training

• Assessor & Internal Verifier

• Leadership & Management

• Coaching & Mentoring

Our courses are delivered online, so this is a sales and business-development role – no training delivery is required.

The opportunity

We are initially offering a 3-month freelance trial, comprising:

• AED 3,000 monthly retainer

• Commission on new business generated

• Flexible, independent working

• Opportunity to develop into a longer-term UAE partnership based on results

What we're looking for

We're particularly interested in someone who already has a strong professional network in the UAE and experience developing B2B relationships.

You may already have connections with:

• HR and Learning & Development professionals

• Training centres and education providers

• Corporate training departments

• Business owners and senior managers

• Organisations investing in staff qualifications and professional development

Experience selling training, education, professional qualifications, HR/L&D services, recruitment, consultancy or other B2B professional services would be particularly relevant.

What you'll do

Y ou'll represent ATC Training FZ-LLC in the UAE market, identify prospective corporate clients and partners, make introductions, arrange and attend meetings where appropriate, present our training solutions, develop relationships and help convert opportunities into business.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employed position . There are no fixed working hours, and the successful associate may continue working with their existing clients, provided they avoid direct conflicts of interest.

Applicants must:

✓ Already be based in the UAE

✓ Hold their own valid UAE residency/visa

✓ Hold an appropriate freelance permit or business/professional licence enabling them to provide these services

✓ Be comfortable working on a retainer + performance commission basis
