Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Barsha Heights, Dubai for a Real Estate Broker specializing in English-speaking clients. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, identifying client needs, preparing property listings, organizing property viewings, and negotiating deals to close transactions. Additionally, the role involves staying updated on market trends and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Real Estate, Brokerage, and understanding of the market

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• A background in Real Estate or related fields;

certification as a Real Estate Broker is an advantage

The Real Estate Broker will source and list residential and commercial properties, conduct property viewings, and manage negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The role involves preparing and reviewing real estate contracts, coordinating with legal and finance stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The broker will maintain accurate property records, provide market insights to clients, and deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales and leasing process. Daily activities include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, with experience in residential and/or commercial markets
• Proven Brokerage and Sales skills, including negotiation and closing capabilities
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and local regulatory requirements is highly beneficial
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple transactions concurrently
• Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and basic office software tools
• Relevant real estate license or certification in the United Arab Emirates, or eligibility to obtain one
