Branch Manager – UAE

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the overall operations of a branch in the UAE, ensuring achievement of sales and business targets, excellent customer service, effective team performance, and compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
• Monitor branch financial performance, expenses, and budgets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE laws and regulations, and internal procedures.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, documentation, and branch security where applicable.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, sales, and profitability.

Typical UAE Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably including supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and customer service.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage depending on the industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving licence may be required for some industries.
