Job Description – Podiatrist (DHA Licensed)
Job Title: Podiatrist
Location: Dubai, UAE
Reports To: Branch Manager
Job Purpose
We are seeking a qualified and experienced DHA-licensed Podiatrist to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing and managing a range of foot and lower-limb conditions, while delivering exceptional, client-focused care in line with DHA regulations and professional standards.
The Podiatrist will play a key role in supporting the medical and professional requirements of the business and providing expert consultations and treatment recommendations, including where appropriate, the prescription and recommendation of customised orthotic solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Consultation
- Conduct comprehensive foot and lower-limb assessments and consultations.
- Assess clients' foot health, biomechanics, posture and gait where relevant.
- Identify foot-related conditions and provide appropriate treatment recommendations within the scope of professional practice.
- Develop personalised treatment and care plans based on each client's individual needs.
- Provide professional advice on preventative foot care and long-term foot health.
Treatment & Professional Care
- Provide podiatric treatments in accordance with professional standards, DHA requirements and the scope of practice.
- Manage common foot and lower-limb concerns, including nail, skin and biomechanical conditions, where within the Podiatrist's professional scope of practice.
- Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records and clinical documentation.
Biomechanics & Orthotic Recommendations
- Conduct posture, gait and biomechanical assessments where appropriate.
- Assess the need for orthotic or other supportive solutions.
- Prescribe or recommend customised insoles/orthotics within the Podiatrist's professional scope of practice and in accordance with applicable regulations and company protocols.
- Work closely with the relevant team to ensure that prescribed or recommended orthotic solutions meet the client's assessed requirements.
- Educate clients on the correct use, care and expected benefits of orthotic solutions.
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Ensure all services are delivered in full compliance with DHA regulations, licensing requirements, professional standards and company policies.
- Maintain an active DHA license and ensure all required professional documentation remains valid and up to date.
- Follow all applicable health, hygiene, infection-control and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation as required by DHA and the business.
- Escalate or refer cases requiring additional medical attention to the appropriate healthcare professional or specialist.
Client Experience
- Deliver a high standard of professional, compassionate and personalised client care.
- Clearly explain assessments, treatment recommendations and care plans to clients.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through excellent communication and clinical expertise.
- Educate clients on preventative care and maintaining optimal foot health.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Medical Director, management and wider team.
- Provide professional guidance and support to relevant team members within the scope of the role.
- Participate in team meetings, training and professional development activities as required.
- Support the development and implementation of professional foot-care protocols and services.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or recognised professional qualification in Podiatry from an accredited institution.
- Valid and active DHA license as a Podiatrist in Dubai.
- Previous clinical experience in podiatry, foot care, biomechanics and/or orthotic assessment is preferred.
- Experience in conducting foot, gait, posture and biomechanical assessments is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in orthotic assessment and prescription/recommendation is preferred.
- Strong understanding of professional standards, clinical documentation, hygiene and infection-control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-service mindset with a professional and compassionate approach.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
- Availability to work on a part-time basis, approximately 2–3 days per week, may be required depending on operational needs.

Employment Type
Part-Time / Flexible, with the potential to increase working days based on business requirements.
Compensation
A competitive compensation package will be offered based on qualifications, experience, DHA licensing status and working arrangements. The package may include a fixed monthly amount and a performance-based commission structure, subject to mutual agreement.
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
