The Context Aramex, one of the Middle East's most recognized logistics and express delivery brands with a global network spanning 600+ locations across 65 countries, is looking for a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations at its Dubai facility. The role combines hands-on operational leadership with process improvement, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

What The Role Covers Daily Warehouse Operations You oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies. You implement best practices for warehouse operations and develop and maintain standard operating procedures to drive consistency and efficiency across all workflows.

Team Leadership & Performance Management You manage warehouse staff, set clear direction, and drive accountability across the team. You monitor performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and foster a culture of execution, inclusion, and collaboration across warehouse operations.

Inventory Management & Systems You optimize inventory management processes, leveraging WMS and logistics software to maintain accuracy and visibility. You apply strong knowledge of inventory management principles to minimize discrepancies and support operational continuity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration You work closely with other departments to meet customer demands and improve overall operational efficiency, bringing a customer-centric mindset and an external focus to daily decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics management
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
• WMS and logistics software familiarity
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Growth mindset with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
