WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER (FIT-OUT)

A growing Fit-Out & Furniture Manufacturing Company in the UAE is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager – Fit-Out to join our team.

Position: Project Manager – Fit-Out

Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years relevant UAE experience
Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month
Company Vehicle: Provided
Incentives: Performance/project-based incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and execute fit-out projects from start to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities, timelines, and resources.
• Manage furniture production and coordinate with the factory/production team.
• Plan and control the procurement and availability of materials required for projects.
• Supervise and manage employees, carpenters, technicians, and site workers.
• Coordinate between the office, factory, suppliers, and project sites.
• Monitor project progress, quality, workmanship, and deadlines.
• Ensure materials, manpower, tools, and equipment are available when required.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Fit-Out / Interior / Furniture Projects.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out works and furniture production.
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
• Good knowledge of materials, procurement, production, and site execution.
• Strong manpower and team-management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple project requirements and meet deadlines.
• UAE driving licence is required.

Compensation

AED 4,000 – 6,000 + Company Vehicle + Project-Based Incentives
