Business Architect - Associate

BUSINESS ARCHITECT / ASSOCIATE — Dubai

Settle is looking for regional director, an experienced architect who thinks like a business leader .

Working directly with the Founder, you’ll take a leading role in running our Dubai studio — connecting design quality, project delivery, clients, people and commercial performance .

This is not a traditional management position this is a Journey of your lifetime.

You’ll lead studio operations across Architecture, Interior Design and Landscape, guide senior teams, manage key client relationships, drive programmes and resources, and keep a close eye on scope, fees, variations and profitability .

Most importantly, you’ll make decisions, solve problems early and protect the quality of everything we deliver.

A professional architectural background is required. You may currently be a Senior Associate, Associate Director, Design Director, Studio Director, Partner or just a Senior Architect within a strong architectural practice.

We’re looking for someone who understands four things exceptionally well: design, delivery, people and business.
