In this position, your primary focus will be on finding top-tier talent within the fast-paced automotive sector, while dedicating a meaningful portion of your time to supporting daily HR operations and generalist initiatives. You will play a key role in driving our hiring strategy while helping maintain a supportive, compliant, and highly engaged workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for automotive roles, including engineering, supply chain, network development, aftersales, and corporate functions.
- Sourcing Strategy: Proactively source passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, industry networking, and referrals.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements, team dynamics, and business goals.
- Candidate Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a transparent, respectful, and professional interview process.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on automotive industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
HR Operations & Generalist Support
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new hires to ensure a strong start, and manage professional offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, update internal databases (HRIS), and assist with monthly HR reporting.
- Performance Management: Assist in driving annual and mid-year performance review cycles, support managers in setting clear objectives, and help facilitate employee development plans.
- Compliance & Policies: Ensure all HR practices align with local labor laws and internal company guidelines.
- Culture & Engagement: Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives, performance review cycles, and training programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in the automotive industry (e.g., manufacturing, dealerships, EV technology, or auto components).
- HR Exposure: Proven experience or strong exposure to HR generalist duties (performance management, onboarding, compliance, or HR administration).
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
