Short-Term Secondment Opportunity | Learning & Development – LMS Support | Dubai

SIMFOTIX is looking for a Learning & Development / LMS Support Resource for a short-term secondment assignment with one of our large corporate client in the UAE.

Assignment Details

• Role: Learning & Development , LMS Support Resource
• Mandatory: Candidate must currently be based in the UAE
• Tenure: 2 months initially, with possibility of extension
• Expected Start: October 2026
• Location: Dubai
• Engagement: Full-time secondment / project-based assignment
• Experience: L&D / Training background with good digital proficiency

Role Overview

The resource will work closely with the client’s Learning & Development team, primarily supporting the compilation, organization, preparation and uploading of learning content onto the client’s Learning Management System (LMS).

Content and subject matter will be provided by different functional departments. The resource is not expected to be a subject-matter expert in these areas.

The key requirement is someone who can bring an L&D and learner-experience perspective to the content, coordinating with stakeholders, understanding the material provided, and ensuring it is appropriately structured, sequenced and prepared for deployment through the LMS.

We are looking for someone with:

• Practical experience or a background in Learning & Development / Training
• A good understanding of how learning content should be structured and presented
• Comfort working with an LMS or other digital learning platforms ;
• Ability to review content from an L&D and learner-experience perspective , including content flow, sequencing, presentation, images/visuals and overall readiness
• Good coordination and communication skills to work with L&D and different functional departments
