Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, providing clients with a high-quality shortlist.
• Manage the full recruitment process , from initial client contact and candidate sourcing through to offer, placement.
• Negotiate offers and manage the process through to successful placement.
• Maintain accurate records and activity on the company's CRM and recruitment systems.
• Take responsibility for achieving agreed activity, revenue, and placement targets .
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
