Supervise and manage security guards at the assigned site.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper manpower deployment.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure security procedures are followed.
Brief guards on site instructions, duties, and emergency procedures.
Handle security incidents and prepare incident reports.
Coordinate with the client and management regarding site requirements and concerns.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable SIRA/PSBD requirements.
