With more than 300 hotels across 20+ countries, we believe that success lies in the talent and passion of our people. Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for a Reservations Agent / Reserveringsagent to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands). What will you be responsible for?Managing individual and group reservations through phone, email, and online channels.Ensuring accurate data entry, room allocation, and reservation follow‑up.Providing detailed information about rates, availability, services, and hotel facilities.Handling modifications, cancellations, and special requests.Coordinating with Front Office, Revenue Management, and Sales to optimize occupancy and revenue.Assisting in the creation and implementation of reservation procedures for the hotel opening.Ensuring compliance with brand standards and delivering excellent customer service.Supporting reporting tasks and maintaining reservation records. What are we looking for?Previous experience as Reservations Agent or in Front Office roles.Experience in hotel openings is highly valued.Strong communication and organizational skills.Fluency in English and Dutch; Spanish is highly valued.Knowledge of PMS and reservation systems is a plus.Customer‑focused mindset and attention to detail. What do we offer?Up to 50% discount in our 4/5 hotels worldwide.Free and unlimited online training with The Power Business School.Access to our Employee Club with exclusive advantages and discounts.Referral program rewarding your recommendations with hotel nights.The opportunity to join the reservations opening of a new international hotel.
