Our success is built on the talent and passion of the people who make it possible. Would you like to join the Happiness Industry?We are looking for Front Office Team Members (Receptiemedewerker) to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands). What will you be responsible for?Welcoming guests with professionalism, warmth, and a service‑oriented attitude.Managing check‑in, check‑out, and all front desk procedures.Handling guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.Managing reservations, room assignments, and guest profiles.Processing payments, invoices, and daily cashier tasks.Coordinating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with brand standards.Supporting the implementation of procedures and service standards for the hotel opening. What are we looking for?Previous experience in Front Office or Guest Services roles, ideally in 4/5 hotels.Experience in hotel openings is a plus.Strong communication and customer‑service skills.Fluency in English; Dutch is highly valued.Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and ability to work in dynamic environments.Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction. What do we offer?Up to 50% discount in our 4/5 hotels worldwide.Free and unlimited online training with The Power Business School.Access to our Employee Club with exclusive advantages and discounts.Referral program rewarding your recommendations with hotel nights.The opportunity to join the opening team of a new international hotel.
