Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of lead handling by real estate agents.
• Track lead allocation, follow-up activities, and conversion rates through the CRM system.
• Conduct regular audits of calls, WhatsApp conversations, emails, and client interactions to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure all leads are contacted within the required response time.
• Monitor agent performance against KPIs, including response time, follow-up quality, appointments booked, and deal conversion rates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.
• Work closely with Sales Managers to enhance agent productivity and lead conversion.
• Ensure CRM records are accurate, complete, and updated at all times.
• Investigate missed opportunities, lost leads, and customer complaints.
• Conduct quality checks to maintain high customer service standards.
• Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives and training programs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Sales Operations, CRM Management, or Real Estate Administration.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• UAE Real Estate : 1 year (Required)
