Salon Manager / Retail Operations Specialist (Ladies Salon)

Premium ladies' salon in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced, dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily floor operations, drive retail/service sales, manage premium inventory, and lead our beauty team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day salon floor activities and elevate guest experience.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and manage staff schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory control/replenishment.
• Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and basic financial reporting.
• Travel between branches and attend vendor meetings as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years managing a Ladies' Salon or Spa in the UAE (Mandatory).
• License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
• Environment: Must be comfortable working on-site within a private, female-only salon environment.
• Skills: Proficient in salon software (Fresha, Zenoti, etc.) and Excel.
• Leadership: Strong team management and English/Arabic communication skills.
• Language: English, Arabic
