  • Support the introduction of new test equipment, procedures, fixtures, and station layouts.
  • Maintain a safe, organized 5S work area and stop testing when a safety or quality risk is identified.
  • Support audits and production reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience operating production test stations in manufacturing.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating a small technical team.
  • Aerospace, automotive, engine/turbine testing, or high-volume production experience is preferred.
  • Ability to follow test procedures, work instructions, engineering drawings, and acceptance criteria.
  • Practical experience with test rigs, control rooms, instrumentation, DAQ systems, and first-line troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of test data recording, traceability, machine safety, and shop-floor EHS practices.
  • Turbojet or turbofan engine experience is an advantage.

Tools & Software

  • Experience operating NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, HMI, or similar test and control-room interfaces.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office; Minitab is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret CAD drawings for test setup.

Skills & Competencies You will be practical, methodical, safety-conscious, and quality-driven, with the ability to lead a small team and maintain production flow under pressure. Strong communication, organization, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Fluency in English is required. Arabic or Portuguese is an advantage.

Join a critical production function that ensures only compliant, fully tested, and traceable products move forward.
