Backend Technician – MNC Semiconductor | Inspection & Test

Position:

Backend Technician (12-month Contract, Renewable)

Location:

Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours:

12-hour shift pattern

Job Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, conversion, and repair of semiconductor backend equipment.

Carry out preventive maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment reliability.

Support equipment troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.

Work closely with engineers and production teams to maintain equipment performance.

Support backend semiconductor inspection/test processes and related equipment activities.

Ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Support other engineering and maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum

Nitec or Diploma in any Engineering or Technical discipline

.

Experience in

backend semiconductor inspection/test processes

is preferred.

Hands-on experience with

VITROX Scanner, ICOS, or MicroVision equipment

is an advantage.

Experience in an

electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environment

is preferred.

Able to work independently and troubleshoot equipment-related issues.

Basic troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
