Job description
Our client is a Healthcare Supply Chain Solutions industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Quality & Regulatory Pharmacist to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in West.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage quality and regulatory compliance across pharmacy operations, covering the handling, storage, and distribution of controlled and therapeutic products.
Monitor compliance with regulatory and operational requirements governing the receipt, storage, checking, distribution, and disposal of controlled products.
Support GMP compliance and quality release activities for repacked and secondary-assembled therapeutic products.
Conduct investigations into quality incidents, including non-conformities, medication errors, and near-miss cases, and perform root cause analysis with appropriate report preparation.
Work closely with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution.
Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training materials to support regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.
Conduct and support internal and external audits in accordance with applicable quality and regulatory standards, including GMP, GDP, and ISO requirements.
Monitor regulatory requirements and compliance developments while supporting related documentation and sustainability initiatives.
Assist with regulatory submissions and product registration activities for therapeutic products and medical devices, where required.
Drive quality improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, compliance, and operational controls.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science (Pharmacy) or or related field.
Registered pharmacist with relevant Singapore licensing.
Minimum 3 years of relevant pharmacist experience.
Strong understanding/experience of quality and regulatory compliance with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous, proactive and able to manage documentation and compliance requirements effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
