IT Support Analyst (L1–L2)

Job Description

• We are looking for Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users, ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology and IT services.
• The role is responsible for supporting Microsoft 365 applications, end-user devices, meeting room technology, network connectivity, onboarding/offboarding activities, asset management, incident resolution, and coordination with internal and external IT stakeholders to maintain high service quality and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1-L2 technical support for users across the Singapore office.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related services.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, meeting room equipment, and network connectivity.
• Perform user account setup, access provisioning, and equipment preparation for new employees.
• Manage offboarding activities, including account deactivation, asset recovery, and access removal.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records, including hardware, software, licenses, and peripherals.
• Monitor, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Experience supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and user account management.
• Understanding of desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and LAN connectivity.
• Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ticketing tools and incident management processes.
• Experience with IT asset and inventory management.
