Facilities Assistant Client Services
What this job involves:
As a Facilities Assistant Client Services professional at JLL, you'll serve as a vital connection point between our clients and the seamless operations that keep their workplaces running smoothly. This role places you at the heart of daily facility operations, where you'll coordinate service requests, support maintenance activities, and ensure that every workspace detail contributes to an exceptional client experience. You'll work collaboratively with technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and maintain the high standards our clients expect. What your day-to-day will look like:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client service requests, responding promptly to inquiries and coordinating timely resolutions across facility operations

Monitor and manage work order systems, tracking requests from intake through completion while maintaining clear communication with clients and service providers

Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or opportunities to improve the client experience before issues arise

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects with minimal disruption to daily operations

Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service activities, work orders, vendor interactions, and facility compliance requirements

Support health and safety initiatives by ensuring facilities meet regulatory standards and promptly addressing any identified risks or concerns

Prepare reports on service metrics, client satisfaction, and facility performance to help leadership make informed decisions about operations and improvements

Assist with special events, space reconfigurations, and move coordination to support evolving client needs and workplace flexibility

Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues by demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service delivery
Required qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in facilities management, business administration, or related field preferred

1–3 years of experience in facilities operations, client services, customer support, or a related role within commercial real estate or corporate environments

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members at all organizational levels

Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), work order platforms, and standard business software including Microsoft Office Suite

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to assess situations quickly, identify practical solutions, and escalate issues appropriately when needed

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude
Preferred qualifications:
-
Associate's or bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, hospitality management, or a related discipline

Experience working in integrated facilities management, corporate real estate services, or property management with exposure to diverse building systems

Familiarity with building automation systems, energy management platforms, or space management software
-
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, building codes, and health and safety compliance standards relevant to commercial facilities
-
Certification in facilities management (e.g., IFMA's Facility Management Professional or Certified Facility Manager) or demonstrated commitment to professional development

Bilingual capabilities to better serve diverse client populations and team members
