CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER

Job Description & Requirements

Requirements:

• Responsible for assisting Project coordinator & General Manager to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
• Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, manager and staff
• Responsible for assisting to manage and monitor site operation, workers and contractors
• Responsible for effective site administration which include site safety and control of materials and machinery on site
• Ensure smooth job operations
• Able to rectify and supervise works done on site
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Having minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry/ project site work is beneficial
• Able to read and write in simple English is a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of construction tools, machinery and equipment
• Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Organizational and Troubleshooting Skills
• Can work well in a team
• Handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others
• Can multitask, must help to do general work if required
• Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects
• Possess good work attitude
