Job description

Role Overview

The

Warehouse Administrator

is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the warehouse. This role ensures the accurate movement, storage, inventory control, packaging, and shipment of materials, while prioritizing urgent requirements and maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the movement of inventory and materials to Quality Inspectors, ensuring urgent materials are prioritized.

Receive, sort, organize, store, and maintain inventory in designated locations.

Prepare, package, label, and arrange materials for domestic and international shipments.

Handle domestic and international invoicing and related shipping documentation.

Perform warehouse clerical activities, including supplier invoice verification, customs clearance documentation, and test report preparation.

Provide day-to-day administrative support for warehouse operations.

Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and ensure accurate inventory control.

Ensure all shipping activities comply with applicable standards, procedures, and safety requirements.

Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor inventory quality and condition.

Support QFC Management in tracking and updating KPIs and implementing Lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Education & Experience

High school diploma preferred;

2 years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

.

Minimum

1 year of experience in domestic and/or international shipping

.

Proficient in

spoken and written English and Chinese

.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory management systems/software

.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and administrative skills.

Experience working in a quality-controlled or compliance-focused warehouse environment is an advantage.
