Customer Service Representative (English-Speaking)

Kinesis Medical provides logistics services for manufacturers and suppliers of medical products. We deal with a wide range of medical products, ranging from disposables to implants and capital equipment. We are a small, diverse, and enthusiastic growing team. Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and accurate order processing for our customers. You handle inquiries, coordinate with internal departments, and make sure every order meets the highest standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction. Your attention to detail and proactive attitude help prevent issues before they occur, making you an essential link in our medical device supply chain operations.

We are seeking a highly organized, responsible, and proactive Customer Service Representative who speaks English fluently. This role is a combination of entering orders in our systems and communication with clients, customers, and transport companies.

Ideally you are someone with a strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email

· Enter, verify, and process incoming orders with high accuracy

· Ensure all order information is complete, correct, and aligned with customer requirements

· Identify and resolve potential issues proactively before orders reach our warehouse

· Collaborate closely with the logistics and sales teams to guarantee a smooth workflow

· Maintain up‑to‑date and accurate customer data in our systems

· Prepare and send order confirmations, invoices, and follow‑up communications

· Support overall customer satisfaction by providing timely, clear, and solution‑oriented service.

Requirements:

· Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required; Dutch is a plus but not essential

· Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills

· Good computer skills, including experience with MS Office

· Strong organization and planning skills

· Experience with Exact software or similar inventory/warehouse management systems is preferred

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

· You live in the Waalwijk/Tilburg/Den Bosch area and are able to work on-site.
