Job description

Come be a part of a global sports organization during a period of significant growth and transformation! Join our new Client Integration & Certification team and work closely with our largest customers to provide first-class technical support and guidance throughout their journey with Sportradar.

THE CHALLENGE

Engage with clients to deliver timely, accurate, and professional technical guidance and assistance.

Partner with Service Delivery, Account Management, and Sales teams in managing relationships with Sportradar’s key clients, serving as a source of technical expertise and advice to help clients maximize the value of our products and services.

Partner with internal stakeholders across Product and Engineering to ensure seamless integrations for new key accounts, while also supporting issue resolution, adoption of enhancements and new features, and other technical needs on behalf of our clients.

Lead and advise on best practices for integrating Sportradar’s Sports Betting Solutions and other products, while providing hands-on support to customers throughout the integration process.

Function as a project manager for integration initiatives when required.

Work closely with technical leads and Product Management to identify and implement improvements to products, processes, and documentation, maximizing the ease of product integration.

Actively contribute ideas for software enhancements and solutions to technical challenges.

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in technical client integration, implementation, solution engineering, technical consulting, customer success, professional services, technical account management, or a similar role is highly beneficial.

Familiarity with software integration concepts, APIs, and common data formats such as XML and JSON is preferred.

Understanding of real-time data delivery technologies, including WebSockets and event-driven architectures, is beneficial.

Exposure to programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, C++, PHP, or Go through previous work, studies, or collaboration with development teams is beneficial, but hands-on software development experience is not required.

Familiarity with AI-powered productivity, automation, or collaboration tools is beneficial.

Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain highly technical and complex topics to non-technical audiences.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.

Proactive self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask while maintaining a high attention to detail.

A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
