To build our elite team, we are seeking a Plastic Surgeon who shares our vision and is ready to contribute as a core member of our founding medical team on a full-time.

Role Summary

We are hiring a Plastic Surgeon with a valid SHA, MOH or DHA license to perform a variety of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic treatments. The right candidate will have refined surgical expertise, an artistic approach and a passion for creating excellent patient outcomes in a high-end clinical setting. Applications are welcome from both experienced professionals and newly licensed surgeons eager to grow in a premium environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Carry out aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries.
• Provide thorough consultations and craft tailored treatment plans for patients
• Collaborate with dermatologists, general practitioners and wellness experts for comprehensive care
• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with SHA, MOH or DHA regulations and clinical best practices
• Supervise patients during recovery and follow-ups for safe and optimal results
• Participate in promotional activities including patient education and brand-building campaigns
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in plastic and cosmetic surgery

Requirements & Skills

• Valid SHA, MOH or DHA License as a Plastic Surgeon (essential)
• UAE experience in aesthetic/plastic surgery is preferred,  freshers with a valid license are also encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in a broad spectrum of cosmetic surgical procedures (for experienced candidates)
• Strong sense of aesthetics and precision
• Excellent communication, counselling and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards, professionalism and confidentiality
• Flexibility to commit to full-time or part-time schedules (immediate availability preferred)
