- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account planning, or business development.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in the digital industry, e-commerce, consumer electronics, or manufacturing, with a focus on brand management and consumer communication.
- Proven success in sales/marketing or experience in digital business (e.g., agency, consultancy).
- Expertise in digital marketing with deep knowledge of Google advertising products.
- Strong product knowledge and expertise in selling full-funnel YouTube solutions to clients.

Germany: €102000 - €104000 (EUR) + 40% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Develop strong relationships with Tech and Business-to-Business (B2B) clients, their agencies, and their consultancies. Identify new budgets and develop strong, solution-based pitches with a branding focus.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid sales plans, and prepare and conduct pitches and sales presentations.
- Represent the Tech/B2B team at internal and external events and trade fairs, as well as advocate new product releases internally and externally.
- Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with the broader industry and to serve as an advocate at industry events and conferences.
- Collaborate with major customers beyond the ads business with the goal of extending relationships, increasing our client and agency network, and establishing relationships.
