Package:

• €80,000 – €85,000 basic salary + allowances + accommodation + flights + bonus

Are you an experienced ELV Package Manager with a strong construction, M&E or electrical background?

We’re recruiting for a key site-based opportunity on a major data centre project in Frankfurt , where you’ll take ownership of the ELV package from installation through to testing, snagging, commissioning and final handover.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing the complete ELV package and site activities
• Leading and coordinating ELV subcontractors and specialist contractors
• Managing programme, progress, manpower and productivity
• Coordinating ELV interfaces with electrical, mechanical and CSA teams
• Managing materials, plant, logistics and deliveries
• Monitoring costs, variations, valuations and expenditure
• Driving QA/QC, H&S and project documentation
• Managing snagging, punch lists and close-out
• Supporting O&M, Safety File and QA File completion
• Working closely with the client, consultants, suppliers and wider project team

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in electrical, mechanical or ELV construction
• Trade qualification, third-level qualification or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing large-scale installation packages
• Strong ELV and M&E interface knowledge
• Previous experience with an M&E contractor or major construction environment
• Strong subcontractor and site management experience
• Good commercial awareness, including costs, variations and valuations
• Excellent organisational, reporting and communication skills
• Fluent English
• Data centre or mission-critical experience highly desirable
