Office Berlin, Germany As a Sales Engineer (f/m/x) DACH, you will drive the technical and commercial sales of Nuventura’s SF₆-free medium-voltage switchgear across the DACH region. You will play a key role in developing and growing accounts with DSOs, EPCs, and other market players, turning customer requirements into compelling technical offers. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and long-term account relationships. Nuventura is a Berlin-based climate tech company developing a new generation of medium-voltage switchgear that is both highly innovative and environmentally sustainable. With our patented gas-insulated technology, we replace SF₆ — one of the most harmful greenhouse gases — with clean, dry air, while maintaining the same reliability and performance as conventional systems.

Your Role

As a Sales Engineer (f/m/x) DACH, you will drive the technical and commercial sales of Nuventura’s SF₆-free medium-voltage switchgear across the DACH region. You will play a key role in developing and growing accounts with DSOs, EPCs, and other market players, turning customer requirements into compelling technical offers. Your work will directly contribute to revenue growth and long-term account relationships.

What will you be responsible for?
  • Analyze and prepare technical offers and quotations tailored to customer specifications.

  • Support customer meetings, technical clarifications, and account development activities.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for DSOs, EPCs, and partners on technical inquiries.

  • Prepare and submit responses to tenders, RFIs, and RFQs.

  • Join technical and commercial meetings with customers, DSOs, and partners.

  • Develop and grow assigned accounts in the DACH region.

  • Coordinate with engineering teams on non-standard requirements.

  • Track competitor positioning and market trends.

  • Support trade fairs and occasional sales activities in the BENELUX region.

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations for the DACH market.

What do you need to bring into the company?
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

  • Strong understanding of medium-voltage switchgear and power distribution.

  • Fluent in German; proficiency in English.

  • Proven experience in industrial sales, business development, or a related field.

  • Technical expertise in offer preparation, reading single-line diagrams, and specifications.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and consultative selling with a focus on ROI and business outcomes.

  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Structured, analytical, and with good judgment.

  • Based in Berlin, with willingness to travel within the DACH region.
