Senior Product UI Designer

TMC Middle East is currently engaged in a project with one of our prestigious customers in KSA.

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Product/UI Designer expert to help TMC to deliver this assignment.

About the Role:

Position: Senior Product/UI Designer

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Experience:

- 3+ years of UI design experience, ideally in a product-led or SaaS environment

- A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI design work not just visuals, but design

decisions tied to user and business outcomes

- Experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale

- Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams

• Figma (expert-level): component architecture, auto-layout, variants, variables/tokens,

and organized, scalable file structures

• Micro-prototyping: building interactive, click-through prototypes in Figma (or tools like

ProtoPie) to test and communicate micro-interactions, transitions, and component states before handoJ

• -Design systems: hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system from

scratch component libraries, design tokens, documentation, and governance for consistent use across teams

• -Sprint participation: comfortable working within agile sprints including sprint planning,

backlog grooming, and running/participating in sprint reviews to present design work,

gather feedback, and iterate quickly

• - Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy fundamentals
• - Solid understanding of interaction design and micro-interactions

- Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles

- Familiarity with front-end constraints (HTML/CSS basics helpful, not required to code)

- Comfortable presenting and defending design decisions with data and user insight

Nice to Have

- Experience designing for both Arabic (RTL) and English (LTR) interfaces

- Knowledge of Digital Maturity metrics/ Saudi DGA standards and regulations

- Experience with motion/prototyping tools (e.g., ProtoPie, After EJects)

- Basic knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, etc.) for smoother handoJ
